You connect your own Safaricom Daraja credentials: your Paybill or Till number, your money. When tenants pay via STK Push, Hamia matches the payment to the correct invoice automatically. You can validate your setup with a KES 1 test payment before going live.

Hamia calculates your Monthly Rental Income tax automatically based on current KRA brackets and generates export-ready reports. Available from Starter plan onwards.

All sensitive data (ID numbers, API credentials, personal information) is encrypted with AES-256. Every significant action is logged in an audit trail. We follow Kenya's Data Protection Act (DPA) guidelines, including tenant consent tracking.
Subscription payments are made via M-Pesa STK Push or account credit balance. You'll receive a subscription invoice each billing cycle, and can pay directly from your Hamia dashboard.
